The Doctoral Programme in Mulrimedia in Education from he University of Aveiro is part of the Technology Enhanced Learning and Societal Challenges (http://telsc.ie.ulisboa.pt) consortium, together with 2 other Doctoral Programmes from the University of Lisbon and from the University of Minho.
This consortium was approved and funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) in 2014 in the call for National and International FCT PhD Programmes (PD-FCT).
The consortium is based in a shared research and advanced training concept which includes themes such as the role and impacts of ICT in learning and inclusion, the challenges of reinventing the educational ecosystem in order to promote more open and innovative practices and the construction of richer teaching and learning experiences as a key feature in the facilitation and transformation of education and training.
