The study cycle in Multimedia in Education, which began in the 2008/2009 school year, has as its main objectives to provide students the conditions to deepen their knowledge in an advanced training level and to help them develop research competences in this interdisciplinary area that crosses the fields of Didactics, Education Sciences and Communication Sciences and Technologies.
The study cycle also pretends to stimulate the systematization and production of original knowledge and its dissemination, nationally and internationally in recognized scientific/academic communities in the field of ICT/Multimedia in Education; to promote contact and collaboration with national and international researchers of recognized competence in this field; to stimulate lifelong learning competences and to promote the technological, social, cultural and educational progress in professional and academic contexts.
